The central question for Monday Night Football is whether the Chicago Bears' potent offense can overcome the Seattle Seahawks' defensive strength. The two teams meet on November 2, with the Seahawks holding a three-point favorite status in the SportsLine Projection Model.

The model, which runs 10,000 simulations for each NFL game, projects the Seahawks to cover the spread in 61% of those scenarios. The algorithm has recorded a 58-51 record on top-rated picks since 2024. For players wagering $100, the model is up more than $5,000 on top-rated NFL selections since its inception.

Seattle enters the game as the defending Super Bowl champion. The Seahawks have a 3-1 home record this season. Last season, they went 6-2 at home and won two postseason games in Seattle. In Week 7, the defense limited Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs to 213 total yards in a 20-3 victory. Seattle generated 410 total yards in that contest.

Chicago presents a different profile. The Bears allow the most yards per play in the league, averaging 6.3. However, they possess the third-ranked offense and the No. 1 rushing attack. The team averages 25.7 points per game. Their offensive strategy relies heavily on the running game to create opportunities for quarterback Caleb Williams in the passing attack.

Seattle ranks first in the NFL in total defense, allowing only 233 yards per game. They also rank third in scoring defense, giving up 17.9 points per contest. SportsLine expert Todd Fuhrman noted that running back D'Andre Swift faces a challenge against this unit. Fuhrman stated that Swift lacks vision and that explosive runs are rare against Seattle's defensive front. Fuhrman predicted Swift would need 15 or more carries to reach the 60.5-yard threshold for the under prop, a volume he did not expect to see.

Another factor influencing the game total is turnover frequency. The Seahawks have committed 13 turnovers this season. Only two other teams in the league have more. SportsLine expert Micah Roberts argued that this defensive liability creates a shootout scenario. Roberts observed that the Bears' running game forces defenses into difficult decisions when defending Williams. Roberts believed the combination of a strong Chicago offense and a turnover-prone Seattle offense would push the game over the 46.5-point total.

The SportsLine team recommends three specific wagers for the game. The picks include the Seahawks to cover the three-point spread, D'Andre Swift to stay under 60.5 rushing yards, and the game total to go over 46.5 points. Combining these three selections into a same-game parlay yields odds of +360. This payout structure means a $100 risk would result in $360 in profit if all three outcomes occur.

Bettors can access these odds through BetMGM Sportsbook. The sportsbook offers a bonus code for new users that provides $150 in bonus bets if the first wager wins or up to $1,500 in bonus bets if the qualifying wager loses. The offer is subject to location and specific terms. BetMGM also lists responsible gaming tools, including gaming limits and timeout options, for players managing their wagers.
