Ford Motor Co. has updated its top-tier luxury SUV for the 2026 model year. The new Lincoln Navigator Reserve 4x4 introduces major interior and exterior changes aimed at the premium segment. The vehicle is now available for purchase with a starting manufacturer's suggested retail price of $101,995.

The 2026 Navigator is powered by a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine. This powertrain produces 440 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque. It connects to a 10-speed automatic transmission. The vehicle comes standard with four-wheel drive. Fuel economy is rated at 15 mpg in the city and 22 mpg on the highway, though testing yielded a combined 18.8 mpg.

A primary feature of the update is a 48-inch panoramic display. This screen spans the full width of the dashboard and also functions as a head-up display. The interior includes front massaging seats, dual-zone climate control, and a large panoramic sunroof. The exterior features Gray Mist Metallic paint, chrome accents, and 22-inch aluminum alloy wheels.

Lincoln includes four years of BlueCruise hands-free highway driving technology as standard equipment. Reviewers noted the system was easy to use. The vehicle's truck-based platform provides a rigid feel on winding roads, while highway driving offers a smooth ride quality.

The Navigator Reserve competes directly with the Cadillac Escalade. The tested vehicle, which included additional options, had a final price of $112,985. Lincoln positions the Navigator as the flagship of its upscale brand, distinct from the mass-market Ford lineup.

The updated model is part of Ford's strategy to differentiate its luxury offerings. The heavy interior rework and styling updates are designed to appeal to consumers seeking a spacious and high-tech American luxury vehicle. The vehicle is ready for delivery to dealers.
